# Backup e restore do MySQL via phpMyAdmin

> Exporte seu banco dados MySQL para backup ou restaure a partir de um arquivo através do painel phpMyAdmin.

Em seu cPanel, no bloco **Banco de Dados**, clique em **phpMyAdmin.**

Selecione o banco que você quer fazer o backup ou restore:

## Para fazer o backup

1. Marque a opção **Todos**, em seguida selecione a opção **Exportar**.

**2)** No "Formato" escolha **SQL** e em seguida clique em **Executar**.

**3)** Salve o arquivo em seu computador e seu backup está pronto.

## Para fazer o restore

**1)** Clique em **Importar**.

**2)** Clique em **Escolher arquivo**.

**3)** Escolha o arquivo .sql em seu computador e clique em **Abrir**.

**4)** Observe que seu arquivo está pronto para o restore e clique em **Executar**.

**5)** Aguarde o processo de restore concluir.

**6)** Pronto! Seu arquivo foi restaurado com sucesso.
