# Desativar IPv6 no computador

> É comum que os administradores de TI desabilitem o IPv6 para corrigir alguns problemas desconhecidos relacionados à rede.

Para desativar o IPv6 da conexão de rede de seu computador siga está instrução:

**1)** Na barra de tarefas do seu windows localize o ícone de rede.

**2)** Clique com botão direito do mouse e vá em **Abrir a Central de Rede e Compartilhamento.**

**3)** Agora clique em **Alterar as configurações do adaptador.**

**4)** Clique com o botão direito do mouse no seu ícone de conexão de rede e em seguida clique em **Propriedades.**

**5)** Agora desmarque a opção **Protocolo IP Versão 6 (TCP/IPv6)**. Depois clique em **OK**.
